Directions
1. Spread one-third of the pastry cream into a glass trifle dish and top with one-third of the biscotti crumbles
2. Top with 1 cup sliced strawberries, pressing some against the side of the trifle dish if desired for decoration
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 twice more
4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with mint sprigs and chocolate shavings
5. Cover & refrigerate for 45 minutes before serving
